SanerNow is easy to use, intuitive, and well worth the investment of time and money. But most of all, the customer support has been excellent.
What do you like best about SanerNow?
SanerNow is an excellent product that is easy to deploy. We bought it to help us mitigate our vulnerabilities for systems on our network. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and well worth the investment of time and money. I love the compliance baselining that the product does. It has helped simplify our efforts, allowing us to make considerable strides towards a more secure network. But most of all, the customer support has been excellent. I highly recommend the SanerNow product suite.
What do you dislike about SanerNow?
The only thing I wish the product had was a simpler way to reboot systems. A simple button next to the systems under the inventory screen would be very useful.
What problems is SanerNow solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two main functions we are using SanerNow for are vulnerability scanning and mitigation and compliance baselining. It’s doing both of these things very well and has reduced our overall vulnerability footprint.
