What do you like most about the product or service?
SecPod SanerNow contains capabilities such as express actions, which immediately discover any potential vulnerabilities and assist with their mitigation using cloud-native terminals. The finest aspect of patch management process automation is that it is end-to-end. It only takes a few minutes to find out whether there are any vulnerabilities. The best thing about SecPod SanerNow is that it includes everything in one place, including endpoint management, compliance management, asset management, and vulnerability management. The patch management backend engine is fantastic. It detects all major and minor patches that are missing. The list of goods that can be patched is extensive, and it is updated daily. SecPod SanerNow aided us in dealing with patching difficulties, knowing a lot about our assets and their vulnerability state, and connecting them to multiple compliance systems.
Improvements suggested by customer
This tool is somewhat intrusive, as it is really detailed and comprehensive. It is not possible to completely defend or foolproof a system, in my opinion. More changes are needed for the dashboards and admin control boards. While executing vulnerability scans, the machines may become frozen.
