Adobe has finally released security updates providing fixes for 21 critical vulnerabilities in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application, After Effects, Photoshop, Animate, RoboHelp Server, Acrobat, and Reader. A total of 41 security vulnerabilities have been finally patched in this release. Having a vulnerability scanning tool is essential here. Therefore, most of these vulnerabilities could lead to arbitrary code execution on successful exploitation. Therefore, these flaws affect Windows and macOS. However, there were no reports of any of the above vulnerabilities being actively exploited. Additionally Adobe After Effects received fixes for a total of 15 security flaws, out of which 8 were critical. Whereas Animate consisted of 4 critical vulnerabilities. Acrobat and Reader fixed 5 critical flaws. Photoshop received fixes for 2 critical flaws. Moreover Creative Cloud and RoboHelp Server consisted of 1 critical vulnerability each. Also, a patch management tool can patch these vulnerabilities.

AryStinger Malware Leverages 4,300+ Legacy Routers to Establish Persistent Spy Infrastructure

AryStinger represents a calculated shift in IoT threat methodology, abandoning noisy, destructive payloads in favor of silent, long-term reconnaissance infrastructure. By exploiting unpatched, end-of-life routers and NAS devices through decade-old vulnerabilities, the threat operator has assembled a distributed fleet of over 4,300 Executor nodes capable of conducting parallelized DNS enumeration, port scanning, and service fingerprinting at scale, all while masking origin behind residential IP addresses. With active development ongoing and a potential operational timeline stretching back to 2024, AryStinger underscores a growing and underappreciated risk: forgotten edge hardware is not merely a compliance gap but exploitable infrastructure.
