“One defining decision in my journey was choosing business development over becoming a software developer after completing my BSc IT. I was trained in coding and initially thought I would follow the typical developer path. But I realized I was more drawn to understanding how technology connects with people, markets, and growth. Choosing business development allowed me to stay connected to tech while working on the strategic and relationship side of it.
The woman who shaped me most is my mother. She always encouraged me to make my own decisions and trust myself, even when the path wasn’t conventional. Her constant support and belief in me gave me the confidence to choose differently and move forward without doubt.”
