Sales Director - US
As the Sales Director for the USA, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring our continued success in the market.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, taking into consideration market trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.

This is a critical function in the company and we are looking for the following skill sets:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 10-12 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity technology and the USA market.
